Prices for products are described on our Website and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. All prices are in Indian rupees and prices shown in the product pages are the basic rates excluding taxes and other charges, final prices will be displayed in shopping cart adding shipping charges, payment gateway fees and taxes. Prices, products and Services may change at www.sabenapack.store Discretion.

Termination

You shall be liable to pay for any Service or product that you have already ordered till the time of Termination by either party whatsoever. Further, you shall be entitled to your royalty payments as per the User License Agreement that has or is legally deemed accrued to you

These terms shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Chennai.
Severability
If any provision of the Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining part of such provision and all other provisions of these Terms shall continue to be in full force and effect.

Delivery / Shipping Policy
We have a dedicated team of delivery personnel and a transporters operating across the city which ensures timely and accurate delivery to our customers.
Any order placed can be delivered approximately between 3-5 working days. Delays in delivery will be intimated to the customers when required.
You can change your delivery address on our website once you log into your account. Click on “My account” and go to the “Modify your address book entries” section to change your delivery address.
The weight of the product has been built into the delivery charge of each product. This will automatically be added to the product cost at the payment stage. The delivery charge is arrived at by multiplying the weight of the product with the slab rate.
The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee. Thus, for example a customer who orders three products weighing 200gms, 250gms and 400gms is charged a single delivery fee of a consignment weighing more than 500gms but less than one kg. The customer is not charged for three different consignments weighing less than 500gms each.
You will be intimated via email / sms during your order confirmation and delivery.
In case of a delay, our customer support team will keep you updated about your delivery.
Return & Refund Policy
We will take the returned product back with us in case of damage or mismatched order and provide a replacement for the same and no money refund shall happen. The replaced product delivery timeline will be intimated as and when required, but will take a minimum of 5 working days from the date of receiving back the goods.
Cancellation By Site / Customer
Cancellations will not be allowed unless our marketing team is satisfied that cancellation is necessary.
In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 5 days of receipt of the products.
In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
